一?Work contents:
1. Obey the leadership of the reception supervisor, and provide first-class reception services for customers according to regulated procedures and standards.
2. Take charge of registration, reception and guidance of visitors and guests, and prevent irrelevant persons against entering, or assist security guards in stopping.
3. Be familiar with the company profile, answer general problems put forward by visitors and guests, and provide routine non-confidential information.
4. Take charge of receipt and distribution of calls, emails and letters, as well as record, arrangement and files of work information.
5. Take charge of distribution of documents and notices, and keep and store distribution records.
6. Cooperate the reception supervisor in printing and copying of partial documents.
7. Take charge of cleaning and maintenance of reception articles and office equipments.
8. Take charge of cleaning of the reception area, as well as daily repair and maintenance of newspapers, magazines and potted plants within the reception area.
9. Implement the attendance system, summarize attendance records and going-out registrations of employees, and supervise card-swiping of employees.
10. Book air tickets, train tickets and guest rooms, etc for employees on business, and take charge of their travel journey and liaison registration.
11. Report problems arising during work in time, and put forward improvement opinions.
12. Complete other or temporary tasks assigned by leaders.
