Employee Training
According to the implementation phase of training, the training of the property management center can be divided into pre-post training and post training, and shall be organized and implemented in different forms at different phases.
Prepost training refers to the induction training of new employees and aims to enable employees to well know the basic conditions of the project for obtaining the necessary quality and basic skills for working. Main contents of the training include induction training of new employees, and basic skill training of mangers, engineer, security officer and service staffs.
Post training refers to further training to employees on professional knowledge and operation skills by the Property Management Center. It is a way of the Property Management Center for improving the comprehensive quality and management service level of employees. Main contents of the training include skill training of managers, engineer, security officer and service staffs.
